By becoming an SB User, Sentry Networks will ensure your machine is fully updated and the correct patches applied.

What other costs are associated?
Sentry Networks Technicians can resolve most issues remotely. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely due to hardware failures Sentry Networks offers special pricing to our SBUser Clients for onsite support. You will have two options:
- Reduced Onsite fee of $80 per hour. No Travel Free within 25km radius of Sentry Networks office locations
- Return to base support with no charge for labour (covered under unlimited Support)
$1000 BONUS OFFER
$1000 voucher issued after first month to be used to upgrade from SBUser to
SBS Package should your business grow. This is voucher is valid for 24 months after the initial sign–up.
REFERRAL BONUS
For each person you refer to Sentry Networks for an SBUser or other Network Service, we offer who become clients, you will receive 1 month FREE support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 512kb Broadband Speed internet connection
- Computer must be Pentium 4, Windows XP Operating System, 5GB Free Hard Drive Space minimum .
(if you are unsure we will be able to remotely qualify your machine and internet speed)
- Purchase 12 months upfront, via EziDebit, and you will receive an additional 2 months (calendar) for free. Free months will begin from the anniversary of the initial account setup.
- Sentry Networks will respond within 6 hours of you reporting the issue, resolution may take longer depending on the problem. If the issue is reported outside of support hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri excluding Public Holidays) the SLA begins from the start of the next support day (9am).
- Voucher not redeemable for cash or for use to pay for SBUser service. Valid from date of processing of EZIDebit Form and account setup. Voucher will be used to reduce cost of upgrading to a server solution (SBS Package)
- To receive free month the person you referred must become a Sentry Networks client. If you have paid 12 months in advance you have the option of (a) adding an additional 1 month for each closed business referral to your 2 months free or (b) receive a refund of the monthly charge (usually paid within 30 days)
