Conditions:

• The offer is extended to client hardware (server and network) which has been setup by Sentry Networks only.  Unfortunately Sentry Networks cannot extend this offer when taking over existing server hardware as the setup of existing infrastructure may have issues that cannot be resolved without rebuilding or replacing the server.
• The Guarantee is during Sentry Networks Support hours – 9am-5pm AEST (daylight saving adjusted) Monday to Friday. Routine maintenance is performed outside of normal business hours & generally the server is taken offline to perform maintenance.
• Guarantee is extended to client hardware (server) which is installed & configured or pre-existing hardware (server) approved by Sentry Networks to meet the minimum operating specifications and standards.
• Guarantee does not extend to ‘in-place’ or ‘existing’ server hardware infrastructure not approved by Sentry Networks to meet the minimum operating specifications and standards.
• Does not include PC’s, printers, peripherals or any other electronic device other than the primary server.
• Tampering or the deliberate action on the server by unauthorised personnel other than Sentry Networks technicians will result in offer being withdrawn.
• This offer does not include electricity network or internet outages. These are outside of the control of Sentry Networks.
• Guarantee does not cover acts of sabotage, theft, terrorism or God.
• Clients are responsible for reporting server outages. Technicians will verify outage and confirm with accounts. Refund or ‘No payment required’ will appear in next statement/invoice.
• The rebate will be for the equivalent of 1 month’s Maintenance of both users and server maintenance charges up to the maximum value of $1000.00.
